Program description

The FASA text-message program sends updates about your teams, tournaments, and FASA announcements (such as registration approvals, tournament check-in details, and schedule changes) to members who opt in. Opting in is voluntary and is never required to create an account or register a team.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies; you should expect up to about 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

How to opt in

Opt in from your FASA account settings by turning on text messages and providing your mobile number. By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from FASA at the number you provide.

Help and opt-out

Reply HELP for help, or contact us at bobby.hair@playfasa.com.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and then no further messages unless you re-subscribe by replying START. You can also turn off text messages in your account settings.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
