Information we collect

• Account information · name, email address, and (if you provide it) a mobile phone number, so we can identify you and send the updates you ask for.
• Team, roster, and tournament information · including player details a coach or parent enters to register for play. We minimize the personal data we collect about minors and limit who can view or export it.
• Payment information · payments are processed by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers; we keep only a record that a payment succeeded.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the platform: to register teams and players, run tournaments and brackets, process payments, and send you the communications you have opted into (such as account and tournament updates).

Mobile information & text messages

We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for marketing.

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the FASA updates you requested. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or from your account settings. See our SMS Terms for program details.

Sharing of information

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the platform (for example, our hosting, email, text-messaging, and payment providers), and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You can update your contact details and communication preferences in your account settings, opt out of email via any email’s unsubscribe link, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us below.
