1.We are on turf fields- NO SPIKES, GUM, or SEEDS allowed on the field or dugout. 2.ONE DAY EVENT 3.PAP - $50.00 ( Umpires per Game) ? 60 Minute POOL / 70 Minute Bracket 4.Entry fee. $125.00 - Please Venmo - @deepsouthfastpitch ( Code ? 9984) Please put Team name, age, and Event 5.Packets will be available at the gate for sign in ? with the pool schedule and brackets in them 6.3 Coaches from each team can sign in 7.No outside food or drinks ? You will be turned away 8.(1) TEAM ice chest allowed ? We will give the head coach the marker for the ice chest. It must be secured to the ice chest to come in. If it is not secured you will not receive a second marker. 9.Respect the park ? No Pets, No Scooters, No Bikes inside of the Softball POD. (This is for Safety Purposes ) 10.Balls ? Must be stamped with the Cor .47 / Comp. 375 and must be visible on the ball. 11.GATE ENTRY - $10 PER-DAY 7 UNDER FREE 12.NO IF GAMES this weekend due to Late Championship games ? ONE DAY 13.ZERO TOLERANCE of Parents haggling or bullying our umpires. ZERO TOLERANCE

- Game ball: FASTPITCH AMERICA stamped (or equivalent), .47 COR / .375 compression · 12" (12U and up) and 11" (10U and under).
- Face guards: Required · 10U: infielders; 12U: pitcher & corners.
